Agregue sal a gusto. Actualmente, se suele reducir el azúcar de 3 a 2 medidas y se utiliza algún aceite vegetal o de oliva en vez de la mantequilla o de el ghee.&lt;br /&gt;Echar la mantequilla en una cacerola grande a fuego mediano y cuando casi empieza a humear, añadirle de a pocos la sémola, moviendo continuamente hasta que se ponga de un color marrón clarito. Reducir el fuego, añadir las almendras, mezclar y seguir friendo hasta alcanzar el punto (color) que le agrade (sin quemar, por supuesto). Mientras tanto, preparar el almíbar disolviendo 2 tazas de azúcar en el leche. Hervir la mezcla por 3 a 4 minutos. Retirar la sémola del fuego y añadirle el jarabe moviendo. Llevar nuevamente la cacerola al fuego lento y mover hasta que la mezcla quede uniforme. Cuando se absorba casi toda la humedad, agregar el azúcar restante. Retirar del fuego y cubrir con un paño limpio por unos 10 minutos. Luego verter en un molde, desmoldar en un plato cuando se enfríen y espolvorear canela.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal; font-weight: bold;"&gt;  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(114, 78, 46);font-family:Arial;font-size:12;"  lang="ES-TRAD" &gt;Néctar de anís&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(114, 78, 46);font-family:Arial;font-size:10;"  lang="ES-TRAD" &gt;A la hervida se incorpora el anís y una ramita de canela.
